Romantic-Comedy films are often referred to as chick-flick films. These films are often aimed at a female audience and the age ranges from 18 up to 50. This is due to this genre of films having a light hearted nature that doesn't take much thinking about. Traditionally,romantic comedy films don't showcase serious topics but in recent years it has become more popular to introduce these more serious topics into the genre. However, there are different types of Romantic-Comedy films that are aimed at different audiences.


 High School Musical
This franchise of films are musical Romantic-Comedies aimed at teenagers. High School Musical is one of the highest grossing teen romantic comedy films ever due to its light hearted nature and upbeat songs.
