Rendezvous
The film opens up with Isaac looking at himself in the mirror, prepping himself for Valentine's Day imagining he is talking to his life-long crush Harriet. Whilst Isaac is talking to himself, a student walks out from the toilets and notices him acting strange, Isaac then feels embarassed and there is an awkward tension in the bathroom. A voice over then plays of Isaac talking about himself and how embarassing he is, he also hooks the audience in by discussing his plans for this year's Valentine's Day. The title sequence then plays cutting to Luke collecting a post-it note off the wall for his work, which cuts (through match-on-action) to the whole class doing work. Harriet is then introduced by asking Isaac for help on the question, this then cuts to Isaac dreaming about Harriet confessing her love for him. Isaac is woken up from his dreaming when Harriet begins clicking at him to get his attention as she is losing with patience with him, Isaac then embarasses himself even more when he gives her the wrong answer. The lesson ends with Harriet placing a post-it note in a back pack, and then leaves for home. Isaac and Luke then go to collect their bags, and enter conversation about Valentine's Day and Isaac's plans. When they leave Isaac remembers that he needs the homework from Luke so he passes the work and on that work is a post-it note, Isaac puts the work in his bag and then the two go home. The next scene then begins with Isaac asleep on his sofa, he wakes up and begins doing work, he picks out the work from his bag and notices the post-it note on the sheet of paper. He immediately focuses on the post-it note and sees that it's from Harriet, he grows overly excited, forgets about his work and begins dreaming about his date with Harriet. In his dream Harriet is super excited to see him, they confess their love for each other and then lean in to kiss, Isaac wakes up just as him and Harriet are about to kiss in his dream, he then starts frantically looking for an outfit. He picks out a suit and starts modelling in it, as he is doing this his sister walks in and notices what his brother is doing, and she tells him to not wear that suit. He ignores her and the scene ends.
The next day begins, Isaac is entering college and he sees another post-it note, he picks it up and excitedly walks towards class. In class, his teacher hands him a piece of work which has another post-it note on it, the scene then fades to Valentine's Day evening and Isaac is entering the cinema. When he gets there he excitedly goes and sits next to Harriet however she doesn't react the way he dreamt she would. As he recites his love for her she interrupts him and tells him that the post-it note wasn't meant for him. A flashback then plays of how the mix up happened; the post-it note was stuck to the homework Luke gave to Isaac. Isaac gets embarrassed and then runs out of the cinema with the sound of laughter echoing in his head.
The day after Valentine's Day opens the final scene and Isaac is sat in class still heartbroken and embarrassed from last night's events, Luke then enters and asks about the date, Isaac asks that they don't talk about it so instead Luke talks about how he's got a post-it note love letter, an identical one to the one Isaac mistakenly got. Isaac feels embarrassed and hurt again except Luke surprises him by getting excited over the possibility that it could be from Harry instead of Harriet.
